  • How long is the usual wait time for an appointment?

Depends on the circumstances, but usually between 1-4 weeks.

What do I need to bring with me on my appointment day?

Generally, you will need to bring your picture ID, health insurance card, referral from your primary care doctor, and reports and/or films from tests you have taken.  You will also need to bring your insurance co-pay.

I only speak Creole / Spanish. Can I have translation help?

Yes, our knowledgable staff offer translation in both Creole and Spanish.  However, we recommend that if you can, bring an English-speaking relative with you.

Have any of the providers been named in a law suit?

No, in all of our years of practice, we have never been named in a law suit!  This is highly unusual, especially for South Florida.  But we attribute this to our dedication to excellence, high standards in patient care, and excellent relationships between patients, primary care physicians, and our practice.

    Do you treat children?

Yes we do!  Dr. Charles-Harris treats children ages 1 and older.
